Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

• Knowledge of fashion trends and ability to coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop non-management staff and manage staffing/scheduling.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, build displays, and drive sales.
