Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a full-time Restoration Project Manager to lead the growth and development of the construction business from our Lancaster, PA office. The role combines estimating and project management, building a pipeline, and serving as the front-line contact from project initiation to completion.

You will meet with homeowners, coordinate trades, manage schedules, and ensure profitability per company standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with estimating software (Xactimate preferred).
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess losses and generate scopes.
• Estimate each loss using estimating software.
• Manage project life-cycle including scheduling and sub-contractor coordination.
• Maintain profitability and high customer satisfaction per company standards.
• Build relationships with insurance adjusters and brokers.
• Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours communications.
