Job summary

Restoration Relief is seeking a Project Manager to plan and deliver restoration projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. You will lead a project team, including a Project Coordinator and Estimator, and coordinate with clients and authorities to drive successful outcomes.

The PM will own the project budget, schedule, safety, and the digital project record, and serve as the primary client contact. This full-time, in-person role is based in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• Requires good attitude and work ethic.
• Ability to work under high activity levels.
• Three years in disaster restoration field.
• Solid understanding of construction means and methods.
• Proficiency with project financials, budgeting and scheduling on multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project team including PC, Estimator, technicians, and tradespeople.
• Coordinate with client, authorities, adjuster, and BD team for project goals.
• Ensure project safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Maintain clear project documentation and digital project record.
