Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead on-site reconstruction after disasters. You will assess damage, coordinate budgets and schedules, and guide homeowners and insurers through the process.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a focus on rapid, accurate decision-making and high-quality workmanship in challenging environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this role.
• Experience in reconstruction, restoration, or construction is valued.
• Insurance or emergency response background is a plus.
• 1–3 years in a professional role.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on reconstruction timelines and expectations.
• Review budgets and estimates for reconstruction projects.
• Monitor leads and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and trades.
• Remain on-call 24/7 as scheduled, including nights and weekends.
• Ensure compliance with safety training and certifications.
