Qualifications

• Must have multi-unit management experience and strong leadership abilities.
• Experience in QSR/Fast Casual operations and labor laws.
• Strong financial analysis skills and ability to manage staffing and budgets.
• Familiarity with local health regulations and food safety practices.
• Experience with local store marketing and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor General Managers and Assistant GMs to drive engagement and performance.
• Maintain Wingstop culture across locations and ensure consistency.
• Support teams to deliver excellent guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Train and develop management staff and set clear performance standards.
• Drive strategic initiatives and align with company programs and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with support personnel to identify and implement improvements.
• Develop and execute business plans to boost restaurant performance and sales.
• Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and EBITDAR improvement.
