Wingstop is seeking excellent full-time General Manager candidates to join our management team. The primary role of the GM will be to work in tandem with the District Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store, provide exceptional customer service and proactively manage the front- and back-of house team.

The ideal candidate is focused on excellent customer service and operational results, and has demonstrated restaurant leadership experience and a passion for growing the business.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Strong restaurant leadership experience with a passion for growing the business.
• Excellent customer service focus and operational results.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and nights.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily store operations in tandem with District Manager.
• Recruit, select, orient, train, and schedule team members.
• Coach and discipline staff; monitor performance.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and health standards.
• Manage inventory and record keeping; address customer issues.
• Communicate with District Manager on HR & operations.
