Job summary

Burger King in the United States is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Team Leader to drive service quality and team development. You will mentor crew members, lead daily huddles, and ensure brand standards and cleanliness while achieving financial goals.

The role requires 1-2 years of supervisory experience, strong guest service, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Flexible shifts, weekends and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience
• Excellent guest service skills required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays

• Monitors speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensures restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensures product quality and operations standards are delivered.
• Partners with GM to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC goals.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory to create product orders and controls costs.
• Monitors people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedule; manages onboarding of new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
