Job summary

Coastal is seeking a Relationship Banker to sell a full range of banking services to individuals and small businesses, while building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional service.

You will interview loan prospects, process consumer loans, and lead sales efforts to grow the branch's business, including cash management products for businesses. This role emphasizes customer focus and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service per Coastal's Core Values.
• Interview and assess customer and non-customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Communicate with customers in the branch, over the phone, or during personal visits to local businesses.
• Outside sales calling is required and determined by Bank Center Management.
• Conduct phone follow-up and actively raise customer awareness of bank products and services.
• Maintain an organized system for tracking and following up on customer needs and track monthly production to the branch goals.
• Provide customer referrals to Treasury Management, Commercial, and Consumer Lending, Cash Management, and Real Estate Lending.
• Provide timely resolution and follow through on customer issues and concerns.

Education

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent

Two to four years’ related experience
