Ideal candidates have strong communication and interpersonal skills, banking or client-facing experience, and a preference for Spanish language capabilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or client-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register with NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.
