Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and deepen client relationships by understanding needs and offering personalized financial solutions. You will engage clients through proactive outreach, drive growth, and connect customers to the bank's broader capabilities while delivering excellent service across locations.

This role emphasizes proactive conversation, a consultative approach, and adherence to regulatory requirements, with opportunities across multiple banking centers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or a client-facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver strong client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to meet client goals.
• Partner with internal specialists to connect clients to broader capabilities when appropriate.
• Deliver a high-quality, consistent client experience across all interactions.
• Achieves individual performance goals, including account growth, lending, referrals, and digital adoption.
• Contributes to overall banking center performance through individual production and team collaboration.
• Executes transactions and servicing activities accurately and in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Follows procedures to protect clients and the bank, including fraud prevention and risk awareness practices.
• Maintains strong attention to detail in all client interactions and operational activities.
• Collaborates with team members to share best practices and support performance.
• Participates in community activities to build relationships and generate new business.
• Continuously develop skills and knowledge to improve performance and client outcomes.
