Starting immediately, with guaranteed full-time hours and regular raises, this role offers growth into leadership and clinical pathways as you gain experience. RBT certification is required or started within 20 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
• Participate in therapy sessions and support ongoing growth goals.
