Action Behavior Centers in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children learn through play and activities, while staying active and maintaining a safe environment.

We offer guaranteed full-time hours, paid RBT certification, salary based on education and ABA experience, and growth opportunities within ABC.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• RBT certification required or in-state process initiated within 20 days.
• Experience with play-based ABA therapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Watch a Behavior Technician at work and participate in team activities.
