Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow tailored treatment plans, collect simple session data, and help kids learn through games, reading, and hands-on activities alongside a supportive team.

You will be active during therapy, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with colleagues to promote growth and success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team-oriented mindset and flexibility to support nearby ABC clinics

Responsibilities

• You'll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
