Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Dallas, TX is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids grow through engaging activities.

The role offers guaranteed full-time hours, paid RBT certification, and regular career growth into leadership or BCBA pathways. Training is provided and health benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with active pace around children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
