Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to work with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play, movement, and structured activities in a warm clinic setting.

The role offers predictable daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays based on patient needs, immediate start, and opportunities for growth—including advancement into leadership and BCBA

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Able to sit/stand/crouch/sit on the floor frequently
• Maintain active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may assist nearby ABC clinic for coverage

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed
