Action Behavior Centers in Frisco, TX is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children age 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; start date is immediate and nights are not required.

Qualifications

• Must have Active RBT certification.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and engage with young children.
• Ability to follow personalized treatment plans with data collection.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
