Action Behavior Centers in Humble, TX is hiring Behavior Technicians for one-on-one ABA therapy with children ages 18 months to 8 years. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed.
