Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to work with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. This full-time role offers consistent daytime hours, with optional Saturdays based on patient needs, and immediate start dates.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and collaborate with a supportive team to help children learn through play and active engagement.

Qualifications

Active RBT certification required.
Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
