You will manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional service to owners and residents.

The role emphasizes ownership, strong vendor networks, and use of modern tools to improve occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in property management or real estate operations.
• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations.
• Experience with property management software, preferably AppFolio.
• Excellent conflict management and customer service skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong administrative, data entry, and filing abilities.
• Section 8 / LIHTC familiarity is a plus.
• California real estate license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collection, data entry, reporting, and record keeping.
• Oversee leasing, including marketing units, negotiating new leases, and renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor relationships using technology.
• Manage tenant relations with professionalism and prompt issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with California landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations.
• Perform lease-related legal/administrative tasks and dispute resolution.
• Maintain confidential filing systems for contracts and compliance.
