Exhibit Pros is a Las Vegas-based firm seeking a driven Project Coordinator to join our team. You will support project managers, handle complex event planning, and coordinate with vendors and departments to deliver trade show exhibits.

The role emphasizes hands-on training, growth, and readiness to learn industry platforms. Trade show experience is a plus, with a clear path to leadership within the industry.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; BA/BS preferred.
• 1–2 years of proposal writing, event planning, conventions, or trade shows preferred.
• Tech-savvy — ability to learn new project management software & tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and adaptable — able to execute quickly, meet deadlines, and adjust to changes.
• Strong problem‑solving skills — analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication & writing skills with editing/proofreading a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office; Photoshop and Illustrator a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project coordination support to Project Managers.
• Manage and prioritize complex event planning & trade show coordination, including completing trade show forms.
• Collaborate with vendors, shipping teams, graphics designers, and other departments.
• Process work orders, submittals, and material requisitions.
• Engage with clients via email and phone to maintain and grow client relationships.
• Train on and utilize industry-specific project management platforms: Monday.com, ExhibitForce, IntelliEvent.
• Assist in developing bids, proposals, and processing orders.
