Job summary

Exhibit Pros, a Las Vegas-based full-service exhibit rental company, seeks an Exhibition Project Manager to drive projects end-to-end from concept to dismantle. You will collaborate with clients and our design team to translate visions into compelling trade show exhibits and manage budgets, vendors, and schedules with a focus on profitability and quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Trade Show project management experience is a must.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the exhibit/events or related industry.
• Strong design and conceptualization skills.
• Ability to estimate and manage project budgets effectively.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and project management platforms.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Account/project management in relevant areas such as Commercial, Hospitality, Retail or Mixed-Use Construction Management.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design with clients and our design team to realize client visions.
• Conduct and lead the initial discovery call with clients.
• Review proposals to ensure all requirements are understood.
• Estimate and manage project costs; track and report all costs.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute all trade show and event projects.
• Identify and oversee external vendors and performance.
• Lead workforce planning for building trade show booths.
• Use ERP to monitor progress and manage project details.
• Oversee project plans and schedules to meet deadlines.
• Provide leadership to contractors, employees and vendors.
• Maintain or improve gross margins on projects.
• Ensure top-quality standards and timely project closure.
