Qualifications

• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Drives proactive sales conversations with a defined process including outbound calling and lobby engagement.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows wallet share by educating customers on PNC products.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems.
• Manages risk by adhering to policies and procedures and participating in branch daily operations.
