Job summary

The Lisinski Law Firm is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive growth through paid media campaigns across Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and more. You will optimize spend, generate quality leads, and improve conversion rates by applying data-driven insights.

You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams, manage budgets, and report on metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and total conversions. A bilingual background is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in business or marketing analysis or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns with strategic optimizations.
• Strong media attribution, conversion tracking, and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with web/campaign analytics tools and CRM systems.
• Experience using tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize paid campaigns across Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more to generate leads and conversions.
• Develop high-performing ad concepts with leadership using performance data for improvements.
• Manage campaign pacing, budgets, and daily performance to meet goals.
• Measure and report on ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and total conversions.
• Analyze audience behavior, trends, and platform insights to refine targeting.
• Enhance campaigns based on data insights and testing strategies.
• Provide actionable insights to marketing and creative teams to boost performance.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
• Explore new channels and formats to scale lead generation.
• Stay updated on social platforms and demand generation best practices.
