Job summary

Wannamaker Management Corporation is seeking a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid media across multiple legal brands and markets. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution in English and Spanish, focusing on lead generation and conversion optimization.

You will manage budgets, test new channels, and collaborate with creative and legal teams to drive measurable growth and ROI for our legal brands.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proven growth/marketing experience in a law firm or legal services setting.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Search campaigns.
• Experience handling sizeable paid advertising budgets with data-driven optimization.
• Familiarity with Google Local Services Ads.
• Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM platforms and lead attribution.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving and PM skills.
• Ability to execute campaigns independently while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted advertising strategies across multiple legal brands, markets, and audiences.
• Personally manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google Search, and Local Services Ads.
• Test emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok) and other digital opportunities.
• Manage budgets, optimize spend, and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with radio/TV partners to evaluate opportunities and measure impact.
• Turn marketing performance into business growth through qualified leads and conversions.
• Improve landing pages, forms, tracking, and attribution; use CRM to tie results to outcomes.
• Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams; grow the Growth function as needed.
