Tijerina Legal Group PC seeks an accomplished Head of Marketing to own media strategy and investment across online and offline channels in a high-growth PI law firm. You will defend acquisition economics from media spend to signed cases, driving nine-figure revenue growth and building scalable planning, reporting, and workflow standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams, work closely with the Founder/CMO, and ensure disciplined execution with clear ownership and accountability.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive B2C marketing leadership in a performance-driven environment.
• Direct decision-making and results accountability for multi-channel paid media.
• Ownership of media strategy, allocation, optimization, and CPA/revenue outcomes.
• Experience working with intake/call-center operations.
• Willingness to work on-site in McAllen, TX.

• Own paid-media strategy, investment allocation, and acquisition economics across online and offline channels.
• Lead planning, reporting, workflows, and team standards for sustained growth toward nine-figure revenue.
• Hold agencies, vendors, and internal specialists accountable for strategy, execution, reporting, and results.
• Diagnose declines and lead corrective action across targeting, placement, bidding, creative, landing experience, intake response, and budget allocation.
• Turn firm strategy into a 12-month plan with quarterly, monthly, and weekly priorities.
• Lead channel owners and cross-functional contributors, building scalable dashboards and operating rhythms.
