Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in waste/transportation and/or driving trucks preferred.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience OR 1 year as a Lead Driver at GFL Environmental.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, train and discipline all product line personnel.
• Address complaints and resolve problems as they arise.
• Ensure proper completion of driver paperwork and vehicle inspections daily.
• Schedule drivers and toters/helpers; monitor route performance.
• Promote safety and ensure CDL driver regulations are followed.
• Oversee operations to optimize productivity and equipment use.
