Responsibilities

• Complete the daily facility inspection.
• Develop, monitor and maintain productivity reports for all processing.
• Ensure safety paperwork is completed on time.
• Ensure waste that is processed daily is tracked per company policies.
• Identify and recommend more cost-effective methods to process waste.
• Monitor waste inventory levels - inbound and outbound.
• Track disposal budget spending and allocation monthly.
• Lead all processing technicians and activities.
• Mentor and train new and short service workers (SSW).
• Update SOPs for all processing tasks.
• Lead by example for difficult waste streams or new processes.
• Conduct on-site safety inspections and audits.
