Job summary

Waste Pro of Tennessee is seeking a sharp, high-energy Division Manager for the Greater Nashville operation. Lead drivers, mechanics, and office staff while owning the P&L and driving cost savings.

You will mentor teams, build partnerships with city stakeholders, and ensure safe, efficient hauling logistics. This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and a hands-on approach to growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to multi-task across functions and teams.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
• Must possess a valid driver's license; CDL and DOT Medical Card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support, accounting and operational procedures at the division level.
• Drive revenue growth and staff development within the division.
• Maintain relationships with internal/external customers, municipal staff, and partners.
• Develop and monitor divisional budget, forecast, and annual goals.
• Identify cost savings, process improvements, and project implementations.
• Oversee recruitment and staff training in collaboration with HR.
