LumiMeds is seeking a Content Creator to be the face of our social channels, focused on short-form content for TikTok and Instagram. You’ll work with the Social Media Manager on scripts, concepts, and hooks to bring ideas to life across engaging formats.

We value strong UGC-style and paid content that drives growth while adhering to healthcare compliance guidelines. You’ll need to be naturally engaging on camera, creative, fast, and growth-oriented, translating ideas into posts within hours.

Responsibilities

• Appear on camera regularly across Reels, TikTok, trends, talking head, and storytelling formats
• Partner with the Social Media Manager on scripts, concepts, and hooks before filming
• Develop and test content formats fast. Kill what doesn't work, double down on what does
• Produce UGC-style and paid ad content that converts across the funnel
• Track performance weekly and connect content decisions to growth metrics
• Stay ahead of platform trends and bring native ideas to the table
• Collaborate on campaign moments, product launches, and patient stories
