Job summary

The Gleamery in the United States is seeking a Social Media Lead to own and accelerate our short-form video content in collaboration with on-site teams, from dentists to studio hosts. You will shoot in-studio 2–3x per week, plan content themes, manage a weekly posting calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, and report insights to the VP of Marketing.

• Content Calendar & Upload Management: maintain weekly posting calendar and optimize posts across platforms.
• Weekly Reporting: share insights and recommendations with VP of Marketing.
