Job summary

LumiMeds is a remote-first telehealth startup focused on weight management. We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition across Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, AppLovin, and AdRoll, while optimizing funnels and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will build lifecycle campaigns and analytics to drive growth. This role emphasizes experimentation, ownership, and high-visibility impact within an early-stage team, with remote work and U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance or growth marketing.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, AppLovin and AdRoll.
• Experience in telehealth, healthcare, or regulated products preferred.
• Experience building SMS + email lifecycle automations.
• Experience with subscription-based businesses strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, execution, and optimization across paid acquisition channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Ads, AppLovin and AdRoll.
• Lead landing page and funnel optimization, including CRO testing and checkout flow improvements.
• Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns (SMS and email) and post-purchase sequences.
• Develop analytics dashboards and monitor CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, and LTV to guide budget decisions.
