Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance or growth marketing.
• Experience with paid acquisition across major ad platforms and lifecycle marketing.
• Ability to navigate healthcare/regulated advertising constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit, TikTok, Microsoft, and Ad Roll.
• Lead CRO by testing funnels, landing pages, pricing, bundles, and checkout flow.
• Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and healthcare regulations.
• Build and own lifecycle marketing engine: abandoned carts, post-purchase sequences, win-back flows.
• Monitor CAC, ROAS, CVR, AOV, and LTV with clear reporting.
