Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience creating social media, UGC, or short-form video content.
• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
• Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar platforms.
• Portfolio or examples of previous content required.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social campaigns.
• Appear on camera as a host, spokesperson, UGC creator, or talent depending on the concept.
• Deliver natural, engaging performances that feel authentic.
• Create content across formats including demos, testimonials, tutorials, lifestyle content.
• Collaborate with strategists, writers, and producers to develop concepts and angles.
• Stay ahead of trends and translate briefs into compelling on-camera performances.
• Review performance data to improve future content.
• Support production during pre-production, shoots, and post-production.
