Job summary

MD Exam is seeking an in-house Content Creator to produce engaging photo and video content for social media from the MD Exam office. You’ll film, edit, and craft educational healthcare content in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

This hands-on, in-office role requires comfort with being on camera, keeping content authentic, and staying up-to-date with TikTok and Instagram trends to drive the brand forward.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to film and edit engaging short-form video content.
• Experience creating content specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.
• Aesthetics, framing, lighting, and composition for social media visuals.
• Ability to direct individuals on camera and keep content natural, not overly corporate.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and editing styles.

Responsibilities

• Come into the MD Exam office regularly to film and photograph content.
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social platforms.
• Take high-quality lifestyle, team, office, and brand photography.
• Edit videos from start to finish, including cuts, captions, music, transitions, graphics, and other engaging elements.
• Develop creative concepts and content ideas that fit the MD Exam brand.
• Stay up to date on social media trends and identify ones that fit MD Exam.
• Help create educational healthcare content that is approachable and easy to understand.
• Work with our team and providers to film talking-head videos, Q&As, educational clips, and promotional content.
• Capture behind-the-scenes and day-in-the-life content.
• Repurpose longer videos into multiple short-form pieces.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and brand voice across content.
• Organize raw footage, edited videos, photos, and other assets.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, launches, and content calendars.
