Job summary

Growing Home Service Company is seeking an Office Manager to lead daily operations, own systems, and partner with the GM and Service Manager as part of the leadership team. This role goes beyond front desk work and requires overseeing processes and driving efficiency in a growing home services business in Lexington, KY.

You will manage finances with QuickBooks, optimize scheduling through our CRM, handle customer escalations, and support walk-in customers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume office with strong organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with a home services CRM (ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, or similar).
• QuickBooks experience and a solid grasp of AR and AP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations, set priorities, and direct the work of additional office staff.
• Partner with accounting to manage the books in QuickBooks; review AR, AP, invoicing and financial statements.
• Be the in-house CRM and systems expert; build work order types and streamline scheduling.
• Take ownership of complex customer issues and billing discrepancies and resolve them.
• Manage customer payment portals and keep COIs and compliance documents current.
• Assist walk-in customers with order fulfillment and questions.
• Flag risks and opportunities that affect revenue and EBITDA goals to the GM.
