Job summary

Garage Doors Unlimited is seeking a seasoned Office Manager to own and optimize our office operations, CRM usage, payroll structure, and cross-department coordination. This role supervises field technicians and office staff, ensuring accountability and process discipline.

You'll build scalable systems, lead weekly leadership meetings, and drive efficiency and profitability across sales, operations, and warehouse teams.

About the Role

Garage Doors Unlimited is looking for a strong Office Manager to take ownership of our operations.

This is not an entry-level role. You will be responsible for the performance, structure, and accountability of field technicians (service techs and installers) and clerical office operations assistants, and warehouse shop hand.

We are a fast-moving service and installation company running on ServiceTitan (will train). If you are someone who builds systems, holds people accountable, and keeps operations tight, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Oversee and manage overall office performance
• Own and improve operational systems and workflows
• Manage and enforce proper use of CRM across all departments
• Coordinate between sales, operations, and warehouse teams
• Handle high-level customer issues and escalations
• Oversee payroll structure and incentive alignment
• Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
• Ensure the business runs clean, organized, and on process
