Responsibilities

• Onboard new Loan Officers and help them hit sales goals.
• Manage Branch staff including Sales Managers, Loan Officers, Processors, and Production Assistants.
• Monitor branch activities, set production goals, and shape strategy.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.
