Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship skills.
• Must have 10+ years mortgage experience; 5+ years sales management; 3+ years marketing.
• Must have a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number.
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHA, VA programs.
• Self-motivated, independent mortgage sales professional.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new Loan Officers and help them hit sales goals.
• Assist in identifying Operations talent from new hires.
• Manage Branch staff including Sales Managers, Loan Officers, Processors, and Production Assistants.
• Monitor branch staff sales activities, production goals, and strategy.
• Assist with Loan Officer and file issues per escalation process.
• Ensure branch compliance with regulations and internal controls.
• Provide management with updates on competitor pricing and products.
• Lead bi-monthly sales meetings to review opportunities and policies.
• Drive sales productivity and profitability while maintaining service levels.
