Kind Lending in Irvine, CA seeks an experienced Branch Manager who leads in-person client engagement and builds lasting relationships with real estate professionals. You will oversee branch staff, coordinate loan production, and ensure compliance with all regulations while using our CRM to stay organized and market services effectively.

The role rewards performance with a commission-based structure and requires 10+ years in mortgage, 5+ years in sales management, and an NMLS number.

Formación

• Excellent communication and relationship skills.
• Must have 10+ years mortgage experience; 5+ years sales management; 3+ years marketing.
• Must have a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) number.
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHA, VA programs.
• Self-motivated, independent mortgage sales professional.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new Loan Officers and help them hit sales goals.
• Assist in identifying Operations talent from new hires.
• Manage Branch staff including Sales Managers, Loan Officers, Processors, and Production Assistants.
• Monitor branch staff sales activities, production goals, and strategy.
• Assist with Loan Officer and file issues per escalation process.
• Ensure branch compliance with regulations and internal controls.
• Provide management with updates on competitor pricing and products.
• Lead bi-monthly sales meetings to review opportunities and policies.
• Drive sales productivity and profitability while maintaining service levels.
