Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guides, directs, and coaches employees to deliver exceptional service to customers.
• Develops and executes a branch business plan to maximize growth and wallet share.
• Contributes to achievement of business objectives via sales calls and referrals.
• Maintains high-touch relationships with key branch customers and prospects.
• Monitors performance and implements action plans to close gaps and meet objectives.
