Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial sector preferred.
• Registered mortgage loan originator or willingness to register.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans and drive individual production goals and referral relationships.
• Coach staff through performance development and coaching plans.
• Develop and execute integrated sales, relationship, and credit strategies.
• Support portfolio growth and deepen client relationships while ensuring service quality.
• Collaborate with branch partners to achieve goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Optimize staffing and drive outbound sales activities in partnership with Citi teams.
• Lead hiring, performance management, compensation, and staff evaluations.
• Ensure risk awareness and compliance with laws, policies, and controls.
