BMO Financial Group seeks a Forward Hire Branch Manager to lead Irvine-area teams, drive growth, deepen customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service while preparing for a permanent Branch Manager placement.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and branch operations experience, with flexibility to support multiple locations in the market and to build a high-performing, community-focused banking team.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant retail banking experience.
• Post-secondary degree required.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of retail banking products and services.
• Strong understanding of branch operations and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships and develop business in the community.
