Job summary

Genius Dog Company is seeking a Marketing Director to lead the marketing strategy and scale the Genius Dog brand. This senior role oversees performance, lifecycle, content, partnerships, and brand initiatives while collaborating with leadership to shape the company’s future.

You will drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across paid, organic, and partner channels, building a high-performing marketing team in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in e-commerce, subscription commerce, consumer products, DTC brands.
• Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of paid media, lifecycle marketing, retention, and brand strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Genius Dog's overall marketing strategy.
• Drive customer acquisition, subscription growth, retention, and revenue performance.
• Establish marketing goals, KPIs, and reporting frameworks.
• Identify growth opportunities across paid, organic, referral, partnership, and community channels.
• Partner with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
