Landscape Management Company is seeking an energetic Landscape Account Manager in Gainesville, GA. You will serve as the primary liaison between clients and field operations, focusing on client retention, portfolio growth, and maintaining high-quality landscapes.

The role blends relationship management, sales, and operational coordination to deliver exceptional service and drive account performance. Requires 3–7 years in landscaping with strong communication and travel willingness.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in landscaping or a related industry.
• Proven success in client management, sales, or account management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and manage relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure landscape quality and address issues.
• Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements and prepare proposals for additional services.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery.
• Manage contract renewals and pricing adjustments; negotiate proposals for expanded services.
• Oversee quality and safety, resolving service or safety concerns promptly.
