Job summary

Tiello is seeking an on-site Recruiter for its Orange County, CA office to own the front end of growth by managing internal hires. You will run outbound sourcing campaigns, build candidate pipelines, and screen for traits predicting success on a desk.

You’ll work with leadership to place hires in the right divisions and ramp plans. Strong candidates will have 2+ years in recruitment, proven sourcing ability, and excellent closing and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment — agency, RPO, or in-house.
• Proven sourcing ability to build candidate lists from nothing.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection.
• Strong closing skills to navigate offers and counter-offers.
• Highly organized to manage the full end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for internal hires across roles.
• Build and run outbound sourcing campaigns to attract recruiters.
• Develop entry-level pipelines with universities and career changers.
• Run first-round screens and assess for hireability traits.
• Manage candidates through interview, offers, and start dates.
• Partner with leadership and training teams for ramp plans.
• Maintain a live talent pipeline for quick openings.
• Own employer brand on LinkedIn and job boards.
