Job summary

Window Nation seeks an Installation Coordinator to manage scheduling and administration for residential window, siding, and door installation projects. You will coordinate crews, materials, documentation, and customer communication to ensure installations are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include tracking materials and timelines, preparing work orders, assigning crews, and updating customers and teams on progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years administrative, scheduling, or project coordination experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule installations efficiently and confirm project readiness.
• Track materials, labor requirements, and installation timelines.
• Maintain accurate project records and update job statuses daily.
• Prepare work orders and required documentation for installation crews.
• Assign qualified crews based on project requirements and availability.
• Communicate project updates and estimated timelines to customers and internal teams.
• Resolve installation-related customer concerns.
• Collect payments and submit funding documentation for completed projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
