Job summary

Window Nation is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee replacement window, siding, and door installations within the Colorado Springs market. You will lead installation teams, coordinate 1099 crews, manage warehouse operations, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on every project.

The role requires leadership, extensive construction experience, and a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of leadership experience.
• Four+ years of general construction experience.
• Three+ years of customer issue-resolution experience.
• At least one year of window industry experience, including measuring and service; installation experience may substitute for service experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop direct reports.
• Select, onboard, and manage 1099 installation crews.
• Maintain installer skill matrices, validate crew qualifications, and process installer payments.
• Coordinate with scheduling teams to assign qualified crews to each project.
• Manage installation projects through completion, including service calls and field measurements.
