Window Nation in Norcross, GA is seeking an Installation Coordinator to manage scheduling and administration for residential window, siding, and door installations. You will coordinate crews, materials, documentation, and customer communications to ensure on-time project completion.

Reports to the Operations Manager and will handle project readiness, records, and payments. This role requires strong organization, responsiveness, and teamwork in a fast-paced sales and installation environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of administrative, scheduling, or project coordination experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule installations efficiently and confirm project readiness.
• Track materials, labor requirements, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate project records and update job statuses daily.
• Prepare work orders and documentation for installation crews.
• Assign qualified crews based on project needs and availability.
• Communicate project updates and timelines to customers and internal teams.
• Resolve installation-related customer concerns.
• Collect payments and submit funding documentation for completed projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
