Qualifications

• 3+ years in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Customer Success, Account Management, or related field.
• Experience driving sales growth and customer development initiatives.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems; MS Dynamics 365 BC preferred.
• Strong customer relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Collaborative mindset focused on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
