Job summary

LTF Technology is seeking a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to support existing customers while helping develop new business opportunities. This role combines customer service, order support, and proactive outreach, with a focus on growth and relationship management.

The position is not remote and involves coordinating with sales, operations, and technical teams to resolve customer needs, qualify opportunities, and drive quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service, inside sales, or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, email, and online research tools.
• Experience in lighting, electrical, electronics, Architectural products, or manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, pricing requests, and product questions.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on open opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Contact prospective customers by phone and email to introduce products and qualify opportunities.
• Follow up on samples, quotations, and previous customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and technical teams to resolve customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead, and opportunity information in the CRM.
• Help achieve monthly and annual sales and customer-retention goals.
