Job summary

Hoffman Comfort Products (HCP) is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, developing relationships with multiple vertical markets, and collaborating with the sales team.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable with a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple accounts and tasks while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 3–5 years of related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong phone presence with a customer-oriented approach.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Well organized and able to work proactively and independently.
• Able to build relationships with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound sales opportunities through the lead process and outbound calls.
• Expand existing opportunities into key accounts.
• Renew key accounts through nurturing programs.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Maintain and expand the database of prospects and the master mailing list.
• Coordinate inside sales with outside sales.
• Process orders and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate marketing efforts with the Marketing Department and vendors.
